"Nicely designed hotel in a location outside of the central tourist area. Lots of nearby restaurants to dine in. Hotel lounge was cozy and comfortable for work or play. Special shout out to Michael at the front desk who assisted with the private transportation to the airport when there were numerous flight delays! Thank you!"

"I spoke to the hotel to explain my parents were fasting for Ramadan and would not be taking up the breakfast that was included in our rate. They agreed to set aside a dish for each of my parents and when it was time to break their fast it was provided to my parents to eat in the dining area. It was amazing service and they went well above and beyond what anybody could expect. It's a great hotel but this was the cherry on top."

"This property was centered well. It had a few restaurants. I didn't see a gym or a pool though. In the afternoon they had out waters, fresh fruit and sweet treats. "

"We had a lovely stay at The Guardian hotel. Accesible to downtown area. Clean room and bathroom. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Helped us to call a taxi to the airport. Would stay again when we're back in Rome. Chin chin! "

"The Hotel Medici is located in a nice, safe area. Bus stop is a block away. Being on a small street, all cabs know exact location. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, and pizza places nearby. We didn't have one bad meal. It is in an older building with lots of character. The staff were very courteous and helpful. All spoke English. The beds were comfortable. Mini fridges were in the rooms. Rooms were cleaned daily in a timely manner. Highly recommend this hotel. Not a lot of amenities and the breakfast was not to our liking. However there were plenty of places nearby for breakfast. Other than this, staying in a hotel with so much character in Italy added to our fantastic trip. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The rooms were fantastic! The staff were beyond friendly and more than accommodating. This is a brilliant property located minutes from Rome Termini train station. The breakfast was incredible, with numerous options from heart healthy to savoury sweet. Termini Station will get you to all the attractions you need within minutes by Metro. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and 5* does not do it justice. Anyone that has anything to complain about just doesn't understand the landscape and beauty of Italian architecture and hospitality! "We had a great stay at Marcella. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful to us navigating the city. It is close to Roma Termini (if you are not afraid to walk) and many cafes and restaurants. The room we stayed at was clean and bed was comfortable. "
