Not quite sure where any negative reviews come from on this. It might get repetitive if you’re just looking for pizza and chips! - General vibe around the hotel is great, a there are plenty of places to spend your time. We particularly liked lagoon pool. - Grounds are immaculately kept and are beautiful. - Nice walkable paths around Playa Paraiso coast - The drinks are excellent on the all inclusive. The wines/cava are good and the cocktails (alcoholic and non-alc) are definitely a step up from a lot of 5 star hotels. - Rooms are kept spotless and are modern in line with Hard Rock theme. - great panoramic view from the 16th bar. Drinks could probably be slightly less expensive for the signature cocktails. - catered for wife’s coeliac (gluten) condition and walked through all available. AI drinks wete fine bar closed at 10:30\. Pool area is lovely and theres enough activities to get involved in if you wish. Evening entertaient was good fun, although poorly attended.
