“Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service aller Mitarbeiter ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns 2 Transfers und einen Tagesausflug vom Hotel organisieren lassen. Die Kommunikation vorab ist sehr freundlich und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.Das Bett ist das bequemste was wir in ganz Usbekistan hatten. Das Superior Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und der Blick in den Garten sehr schön. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Restaurant ist sehr zu……

“They could not find our booking because we used hotel.com. they let us in early to our room. Shower nozzle broken and no hot water. No drinking water supplied either. Contacted receptionist, and they fixed the shower and hot water in 30min. He was super apologetic and helpful. Gym next door is really loud at night. Now im still waiting over 2 hrs because they wanted to charge me for last night even though they have a reservation that says pre-paid. Helpful receptionist let me use hotel phone to……

“It is a basic hotel. English language is so limited. I requested to speak to the manager but they say no Manger at the hotel and he does not speak english.”

“Stayed one night. The staff were great! Helped me place an order from a local restaurant for meal delivery, and they moved us to a room on the non-roadway side of the building. The AC and shower worked very well—lots of cool air and warm water. The breakfast buffet was quite substantial and varied. The location is nothing special—the area is not especially walkable, but in theory you could walk to a number of more highly-rated restaurants and a grocery store. Very Acceptable for 1 or 2……
