“The check-in experience was the worst. I had to call them to check in, but I don’t have a US number, so I had to ask locals for help. When I finally checked in, the cabin was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, there were hairs on the bed, towels on the floor, messy sheets, and a smelly bathroom. Also, there were a hidden fees that were never mentioned in the ad. They called it a “hospitality tax” or something like that. I will never visit this resort again.”
