“We really appreciated how spacious (much more so than one might expect from outside) and well-equipped this apartment proved to be. (Inside it really feels like a house, though it's the south end unit of a 4-unit row house, essentially a double duplex.) The living room is furnished with very comfortable recliners, adequate floor lamp lighting, and a large "smart tv." The highly functional kitchen, though it has no dishwasher, is one of the largest and best supplied that we've ever rented,……

“Perfect house for our college tour trip. The house is in a nice leafy street in a quiet part of town, and is well-located for UIUC and downtown. We enjoyed the garden during warmer weather. The house was very clean and well-furnished. Excellent communication with our host Erica. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked with essentials and the house had everything my son and I needed (including a basement when the tornado sirens went off!). ”

“Very nice and clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice bedrooms. Only draw back NO televisions are in the bedrooms. I am a tv addict I have to have a tv in my bedroom. If tv’s were in the bedrooms this would be a 10++ rating. But seriously other than that everything is as exactly as stated in advertising and in person. I have an event in Champaign in July I am seriously considering renting this one again but again seriously the tv issue would be the only thing that would stop me.”
