The breakfast buffet has lots of options with one or two staff members constantly replenishing the containers and responding to your requests. One morning while we were there they even made individual smoothies to order. It's a block from Five Points so there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you're in town to see the Civil Rights era museums -- all are about a mile or two away……

“We were in town for a wedding. We needed to change for the wedding after driving to town and arrived well before the normal check in time. The staff helped get us in our rooms in time for us to dress for the event. I really appreciate the extra effort they put forth in helping us with this situation. We had an additional hour drive to the wedding from the hotel. My wife and I were traveling with her 85 year old parents and they were very concerned about the time issue. The staff here were all……

We booked the property ahead of time, the property called the morning of our stay to let us know our room was not available due to a repair and would love us to 2 or more rooms at no charge. We asked for rooms together and they said absolutely. Then when we arrived, our rooms were on completely different floors. Everyone was very kind, it just seemed like a lack of communication. Everything worked out and we ended up getting rooms at least on the same floor. ”
