Good location 8~10 min walk from the central station. Really clean and new and there's a kitchen in the hostel for guests to cook and talk.

1) Room condition was aweful. Refrigerator was broken and the bunker bed was squeaking all the time. Room was very dusty, it looked like they don't clean the floor. I could see the dust balls lying on the floor. When i wiped the bed stairs with a tissue, it was so dirty too. 2) I booked a premium room which includes towels but they provide only one towel during the whole stay. There is no rug or a towel for your feet in the bathroom, so you have to use the same towel for your body and your feet or pay 2 euros for a new towel. 3) Kitchen was not getting managed by the staffs. Equipments and the tables were dirty everytime i used them. There's only couple of spoons for the entire hostel so you won't be able to get one if someone's already using them. No microwave either. 4) Some of the staffs were not working properly. They didn't closed the window nor locked the door after cleaning the room. The woman at the front desk is very rude and arrogant. She looked super annoyed when i first met her because i didn't left the key at the counter when i went out, even though no one told me the rule before. She never greets guests and doesn't even give them a look when they enter. She didn't even answer back everytime i say hello to her. She doesn't even say a word when i'm leaving the key at the counter although i say thank you to her. She said why instead ofjust answering when i asked her a simple question about the working hour of the counter. Acts like if she doesn't want to meetguests

Sono partita per un paio di giorni di vacanza e non mi decido ancora a rientrare. A parte il tempo tutto il resto va bene. Ho disertato la folla e visitato luoghi non affollat tra i quali l’orlo botanico che rivedrò in altre stagioni.

The hostel is very centrally located, just a 5 minutes walk from the main train station. It's inside an old monastery, the scenery is truly spectacular with many walls covered in frescoes. The room was spacious, the bunk beds very large and comfortable, and they are set up so as to offer much more privacy than in most hostels. The room was very clean, and I applreciated the large lockers. In the future I would have no problem staying at this hostel again

Ok Hostel

This hostel was ok. There was not a lock on the bathroom door in a room of 6. They make you leave the key at the desk when you leave. I also asked to leave my bag for one hour after checking out and they let me buy said any longer and they would charge. Nice lockers and beds were good.

Unique place to stay

The way its setup is pretty unique being attached to the church. I enjoyed my stay here so much I extended it. The garden area is a great place to hang out in the later part of the day.

雰囲気抜群、清潔なホステル

修道院の一部ということで雰囲気は抜群。ホステル部分はリフォームしてありとても清潔。バスルームも広く、ベッドも2段ベッドタイプではないので快適だった。ただ個人ライトの向きが変わらず、向かい合った人のライトがこちらに向くのでかなり眩しくアイマスクが必要だった。フロントから部屋まではかなり距離があり、階段や段差も多く荷物が多い人には少し不便だと思う。オンラインチェックインをしないとフロントチェックインに手数料が3ユーロかかると言われ、メールでオンラインチェックインのメールを送っているからチェックするようにいわれた。だけどそんなメール受け取っていないし、隣にいた外国人男性もホステルで同室になった外国人女性も同じことを言っていた。フロント係の人は委託されたスタッフといった感じでマニュアル通りの対応しかできない様子だった。共同キッチンにはオーブンはあるが、電子レンジがなかったのが残念だった。 SMN駅から徒歩圏内、中心地までも徒歩圏内だし、近くに安くておいしいレストランもあるし、部屋はとてもよかったので、総合的には満足しています。

チェックインの時の従業員の対応が最悪でした。オンラインチェックインをしろと言われでも、私にはリンクが届いていなかったし何も聞いていなかった。リンクがないのにオンラインチェックインをしないと泊まれないと危うく泊まることができなかった。後、デポジットのカード入力はどのカードを入れてもエラーになる。私の持ってたカードがおかしいと疑われたが、実際は機械がコードが繋がっていなかった。この一連でのやりとりの間、従業員の態度は本当に最悪でした。同じ値段でいくらでも周りにはホステルがあるので他をお勧めします。私は二度と泊まらない！

Ostello molto carino con un chiostro molto bello. Le stanze grandi pulite e comode. Il bagno comodissimo e pulito. I letti a castello sono comodi e robustissimi sono infatti di muratore con scala per accedere al letto superiore. Un po' brigoso il check in ed il pagamento cauzione, tassa di soggiorno etc... C'è un apparecchio lento e smemorato. Ma nel complesso molto molto bello

El hotel muestra en la página de Hoteles.com habitaciones de dos camarotes y habitación para 4 personas y esa fue la razón por la que reservé pero cuando llegue al hotel era habitación de cuatro camarotes y 8 personas !!!! Invivible!! La razón según lo que dijo HOTELES.COM ES QUE EN LA FOTO NO ENTRA PARA SACAR QUE TIENE 4 CAMAROTES LA HABITACIÓN!!
