Be greeted with ocean views from all living areas and master bedroom of this oceanfront condo, Charleston Oceanfront Villa 120! Only 2 blocks to all local shops and restaurants, easily walkable. Choose between 2 community pools with ocean views when you don't have your toes in the sand. Direct beach access from the pool areas. Two bedroom suites and third bedroom has direct access to full bathroom so everyone has their space on your family or couples trip.

Fully stocked kitchen opens up to the dining area with a table to seat all 6 in your group, as well as additional bar seating. Dining area flows seamlessly into the living room with a flat screen TV and cozy furnishings. Watch your favorite shows and relax after a sunny day on the beach. Enjoy ocean breezes and open views from your balcony with plenty of seating for outdoor dining, sipping cool beverages, and catching up with friends and family.

Wake up to ocean views from your king bed in the master bedroom. Doors open with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. Ensuite, full bathroom includes double vanity, walk-in shower, and ample closet space. Bedroom 2 acts as second master bedroom with 1 queen bed and ensuite, full bathroom. Third bedroom has 1 queen bed and is connected to full bathroom 3, which shares hallway access. High quality linens and bath towel sets provided.

Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests for frame-worthy photo opps. Stroll through local shops and markets*, have seafood and southern cuisine at one of our many local restaurants, walk down the pier where you can also try your luck at fishing, and check out live entertainment in downtown Folly Beach. Historic downtown Charleston is only about a 20-25 minute drive away. Downtown Charleston offers historic tours, world-class dining and boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry and contactless check-in. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators.. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. NOTICE: Construction is past this condo! The time frame for each individual condo having their porch replaced has already been blocked off on the calendar. Open dates are available to book and free from the construction project. Complex is over half way done with renovation project on the building. This project is scheduled to be complete by the end of August, 2025 & necessary to ensure the continued beauty and structural integrity of the building for years to come.
