Quelques bémols tout de même : logement oriénté plein sud (et sans ventilateur) devenant assez chaud en été. La photo de la terrasse laissait sous-entend un balcon privé. Mais c'est le lieu d'entrée (et de restauration extérieure l'été) pour les 4 logements du haut.
