“"This room always have this problem" This is the answer from the hotel staff .we stay two nights in this four star hotel, There is no shower curtain in bathroom, and also no drain on the floor, how the water flows out? And the water sprayed everywhere, when we take shower, the hotel should solve this problem immediately!”

“All really good except room was not ready on arrival so had to wait over 45 mins. Room cleaning was done at the end of the day. Most other hotels seem to do a morning clean which is preferred if returning to the room during the day”

“The hotel location is excellent with good equipment. However, the front desk was terrible. They could not provide the information we need. For example, I asked for the location of daily market and fea market, however, they did not know it. Moreover, I had sent many emails for the parking information before my trip. However, no email have been replied. Finally, it is found that there is the discount for parking, we have parked in other parking area with higher cost.”

“Everything about Chateau de la Gaude was exceptional, including the initial reception, the exquisite grounds, the warm and spacious guest suite, and the outstanding restaurant options (including a Michelin star restaurant)! Can't find fault with any aspect of Chateau de la Gaude! Would highly recommend this property to any/all of our friends!!!”
