“Cleanliness of the room! Very clean!”

“Staff was courteous and complimentary breakfast was really good. Maintenance had to fix the cabinet and drapes/blinds but it was fixed quickly. Somehow they need to have a way to stop the homeless from entering into the kitchen for some free breakfast though.”

“I stay at the Hilton Melbourne every year, and it continues to be a wonderful venue with excellent service. The staff always make the experience welcoming and enjoyable. That said, I’d like to share two observations for management’s consideration: - Computer Room: This facility has been down for quite some time, and during my most recent stay I was unable to use it at all.
