neighborhood terrible

honestly the house is nice but as soon as we walked in it smelt like weed and their was stains on the carpet and zero towels for us to use because they were laying on the floor in the closet so we bought our own. The Host was fine. The neighbors were terrible If you are black do not visit some to most were really racist and few were really nice in that area we were in. Also the fire alarm in one of the rooms needs batteries or something it kept going off and it was very annoying and painful for others ears.

Great Potential

House is nicely located but needs some TLC from property management. Had issues with the pool but overall a decent stay. Beds were nice and neighborhood quiet. Might be slightly overpriced.

It was fine, but not great.

The biggest disappointment was the pool heater not working. I did ask for a refund of some kind since Fort Lauderdale offers so many other homes, closer to the convention center where our work event was, and I would have chosen one of those options if it was clear we wouldn't be getting in the pool, but the host didn't respond to that request. Overall, it felt like staying in a home someone had recently moved out of. There is a closet labeled for towels in the common space, but it was empty. We found towels in the primary closet. No detergent for washer. None of the remotes had batteries in them (fans/lights/tvs). The primary bedroom had glass doors that opened to the lanai, but an alarm sounded every time the doors were opened without any instruction on how to turn it off. If it were cheaper, my expectations would have been less. But at over 2200 for 4 nights, it wasn't worth it. On the plus side...The host was responsive when I originally reached out about the error message when turning on the pool heater; we quickly moved to texting, and he stayed in touch when having someone come out to look at the pool. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was cute. The rooms were spacious. I felt safe.

Real Life Under The Sea

The house was very nicely decorated, cozy, comfortable in a great neighborhood. We enjoy this place so much with the fire pit by the pool it was everything.

It was really good. The house was very pretty

All the rooms were nice, especially the big room. The person that owned the house was very good at communicating with us. He did help a lot. I definitely want to come back there again. It’s a nice home.

beautiful pool house!

Such a beautiful mermaid theme throughout the whole home, we had such a great time in the pool and we loved the lounge area and enjoyed movie nights😊 Would definitely recommend!

Great place

Perfect place for my family to stay . We host paid attention to details and very thoughtful when it comes to accommodation. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lovely , clean and well-put together place to stay while in Fort-Lauderdale . Btw , if you love mermaids that’s the perfect place to learn about them

Wonderful Under the Sea Oasis

Such a charming and unique place! The decor was sophisticated and oceanic and the place was spotless. The hosts were very communicative and really go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable. There were lots of little details like coffee, tea and other liquid refreshments that were above and beyond what most places offer. I would definitely book again!!
