“Cigarette burns on the bedding , ac didn’t work. Floor was extremely dirty”

“The amount of damage that was done inside the hotel was unbelievable. All of the doors were broken as we walked down the hall. In our room were two beds one was about a foot higher than the other. The nightstand had the whole corner basically like chewed off. The entire hallways and rooms smelled of cigarettes and other smells that we could not determine. “Most Comfy beds and pillows of all of the hotels we stayed at as we crossed the US”

“The price was very high for what it was. The breakfast was marginal at best.”

“Very nice stay, good environment and great service.”

“breakfast are good”

“The room was filthy. Dead insects on the floor, mold in the bathtub, the ac-heater was held together with tape. There was no coffee. The so called "breakfast" was minimal at best. That was the last time I will stay at that dump.”

“Really average, not so clean but ok. And I reserved 2 rooms and Hotels.com told me that I had fully paid. But we only have 1 room when we arrived. Until now, Hotels.com didn't give a refund.”
