Boasting just under 1,200 square feet of polished interior, granite countertops, and access to top-notch community amenities like an expansive gym and pool, this is the perfect coastal Florida home-away-from-home!

Golf enthusiasts will love the easy 2-minute drive separating you from the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club's beautifully landscaped course. A few other highly-rated courses are Kelly Plantation Golf Club, Regatta Bay Golf & Yacht Club, and the Emerald Bay Golf Club.

The Destin Harbor Boardwalk is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon with the family. This bustling hub for entertainment, souvenir shopping, and tourism companies is known as one of the highlights of Destin! The property also features a shuttle bus to various parts of town if you're not in the mood to drive.

There's a wide range of activities available in Destin including deep sea fishing, bringing the kids to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, or shopping at the Destin Commons outdoor shopping center. The Palms of Destin Association ESA (Emotional Support Animal) Requirements:
- All guests with an ESA must submit a letter from a licensed Doctor, Therapist, and / or Counselor stating the need for the individual's ESA and a current shot record prior to arrival
- If the above procedure is followed the ESA tag will be included in the check-in packet. We ask all guests to return the tag at checkout
- ESA are prohibited from the pool area, front desk area, conference rooms, coffee shop, playground, and all athletic facilities and courts
- All guests are required to pick-up after their pet and dispose of their waste in the dog stations located on property
- Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the unit owner being fined $100.00 a day. If false documentation is found, immediate removal will be required

Short but sweet Vacation

From the moment we booked this Vacation to the final minutes when we unfortunately had to pack and head home, the communication between us and the owner was great! The view was beautiful and the Condo itself was well above expectations. We will be returning to the same room!
