“We absolutly loved this place! Located in the cutest , quiet neighborhood. The deck was our favorite with the fire pit and watching the squirrels play around . Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was perfect. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Easily wakable to Dickes and a close drive to stores and restaurants and 10 minutes to downtown. We wished we could have stayted there a few more days. Thank you for hosting us!”

“Overall good. Few minor details. Couldn't find hair dryer and front porch light switch. Owner did not reply to requests. BTW master bath tub drain not working correctly.”

“Was supposed to be me and 4 other friends but 3 of them bailed. The place was perfect and would have suited everyone fine if all were there. Easy walk rlto the ball park and many restaurants. Will use again!”

“The house was an excellent accommodation for 7 adults. It was clean and comfortable. The location was fine but not within walking distance to the Stockyards. Our only problem was the lack of sufficient plates, glasses, coffee cups, and utensils for 7 people each meal.”

“6 adults in town for the PBR finals. This space easily accommodated us all. Location was perfect for everything we had planned. Close to Dallas, Arlington and Fort Worth. Host was great.”

“Property was really nice and clean. It did take a little long to get a hold of the property manager to obtain the code for the door lock. Other than that overall stay was comfortable and relaxing.”

“The property overall was very satisfactory. Just a couple of items that we noticed in need of attention. The A/C vent in the Master BR was loose from the ceiling and the hall bathroom toilet lid is in need of adjustment, as it would not stay in the upward position. I would suggest a WiFi Extender for the home, as the WiFi signal is very weak for the living room TV, to reduce buffering. Thank you very much for the use of your home.”

“Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again.”

“Clean with accurate description. Half mile walk to stadium avoids crazy traffic after event. We’ll stocked kitchen and ping pong/darts/board games.”
