Wir haben sogar kostenlos Karten für die Seilbahn (verschiedene) und für die Bergbahn bekommen! Dadurch konnte man über 100-150€ für 5 Personen sparen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Residenz Diana! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberfamilie Minach war herzlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Meran und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!”

Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. The parking slots are also very small. Even a SUV would need to take 2 slots to park. Many people including us came with a 9-seater van and took a lot of time and risk to park into a spot.
At the kiosk you can contact the staff at the hotel but the staff couldn't speak English.
The check-in process was also time-consuming. The online form require every guest to scan the passport but the form couldn't be saved for later. Therefore, we couldn't fill the guest information individually. At the kiosk each person has to scan the passport again which made a lot of handicap especially some of us had to look after the car.
Talking about the room. It is quite new and clean. Overall it is comfortable. However, the fridge wasn't cooling well even though we set it to maximum. There is also no dish-washer and the smoke detector could be triggered easily with light cooking.
The hotel is closed to Ostisei. A travel pass was provided for people who want to get around the area by bus."
