“Fue muy agradable estar en este hotel. Es como un departamento, 2 dormitorios con comodas camas. Una cocina con hornallas y horno, Microondas, Heladera grande con freezer, vajilla completa y hasta un lavavajillas! Muy comodos loa 3 estuvimos. Muy recomendable el hotel, buena atencion, checkout a las 11, Estupendo!”

“We had 4 in a unit on the 14th floor - great size space and was a blessing to have 2 baths. There is construction next door right now, so the mornings can be a little noisy, but it never bothered us too much as we were out the door exploring the city pretty early every day. Roof deck is awesome - We'd go up and have coffee most mornings. Central to so much there, and plenty of subway stops within a few blocks, so pretty easy to get anywhere.”

“I liked that I could always get them on the phone, I did not like that the TV did not work and would take a week to fix or I could move to a different room. By that time I was already settled in. They do need to but a bedside lamp by the bed so you can read at night, without having a flood of lights on , ”

“地下鉄がすぐ近く、どこに行くのも便利でした。部屋も通常のホテルよりずっと広く天井も高いので開放感があります。キッチンもあり調理器具や食器も清潔でよかったです。円安だったので、外食の費用も軽減されました。1階の部屋だったのでよかったですが、エレベーターはありません。チェックアウトもただルームキーを部屋に置いて出るというシンプルさもよかったです。”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“Nice rooms. Nice my family only needs 1 room. Communication with the staff was Exceptional. Room is nice. Could be cleaner. A lot of other ppls hair randomly. In beds & shower. Dust bunnies. Overall im satisfied nothing than was a deal breaker. I’m still happy overall ”

“It fully met our expectations: It was not a very big room but an amazing location (the Korean part of NY, a lot of places to eat), a clean room, and good communication. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids, and it was ok for us.”

“This location was perfect for a quick couples trip to NYC. Located close to two subway lines, it allowed for easy access to areas all around NYC. The apartment was fairly bare, but served our needs just fine. We had an initial issue with one of the room air units, but Angela was easy to reach and responded quickly, and the issue was resolved. We would definitely stay here again!”
