"The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor"

"It's an older hotel right on a main street. The walls are thin so it was fairly loud in the morning with cars and trucks going by. People were smoking outside my room late at night and I could hear every word. It's basic but clean. Staff were very nice. Restaurant quality was a nice surprise. "The house was adorable, very comfortable, really cozy and we felt like we were really staying in our own home. It overlooked the bay had great views. Well stock kitchen, comfortable beds, great lawn and really friendly for our dog Luna-- The location was easy to find and easy to get to local beaches and the town of guysboro to listen to music. Plus it was so quiet we could sit on the screen and porch or sit in the garden and just gaze and be very peaceful -- We were especially grateful to the host who handled a minor emergency quickly easily and they made it simple and not a bother at all"

"Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I love being outside, so I sat on the deck and did everything outside as much as possible. The one problem I had with the place is that it is new, and the plastic is off-gassing. This was a reason why I chode to be outside so much. By Wednesday, I had a terrible hack and cough, and I’m still sick today. I suggest opening the place up during the winter months when you're not busy to get rid of the plastic smell. I have friends who I know couldn't have stayed there due to the off-gassing. I also found the place a bit cluttered. Although it looked nice, there are some things you could probably take away that people don’t need when you’re traveling. It’s nice to have shelving to put things on, and I found that was lacking."
