“Very good communication through the entirety of the stay. room is all you really need for one person and it is well maintained. view is great, would stay again. ”

“Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!”

“This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. “Great location, very close to town. The pool and tennis courts were great!”

“The place was newer, clean and well organized. The location is great for activities in the area. We didn't use it during our stay but the kitchen was nicely setup with everything you would need if you wanted to cook in. It didn't bother us during our stay but it is near a railroad crossing and you'll here trains when they come through. We would stay here again if we visited the area. ”

“Host communication was excellent. Unit location was excellent for the scenic views. Hot tubs were not in good working condition. Overall it was a great stay.”
