“The perfect stay in the Catskills! Everything looked just like the pictures. Clean, easy access to restaurants close by, and Daniel was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”

“Comfortable n nice place to stay..”

“Cool and unique spot. Great host!”

“What a fabulous weekend with friends. The hot tub was well used and we were fortunate to have picture perfect weather to use it. Fit 6 of us comfortably. The house is very well set up and big enough for us all. The Den/Game room was so much fun. A bit warm down there, but we loved all the games. The air hockey table and pool table were used a lot, we had a minor set back with power in one bathroom getting tripped and it was fixed asap. Communication was fantastic with Janet to remedy the……

“The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The……

“Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so……

“Perfect location nestled in woods and walking distance to a beautiful lake for swimming and recreation.”

“The pictures are not accurate. The two full and one twin bed are in one room upstairs, they are not separated as pictures would lead you to believe. Then three twins are in the living room with the couch, next to the dining room table and kitchen. The unit was dusty and not swept clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and party poppers from previous guest. I have never experienced something like this with Expedia, this was a zero star experience honestly.”

“This experience was absolutely 5 STARS! Great location with several walking distance eateries, Very clean and studio style apartment and the host Rebecca, was a joy to work with. She was very flexible with our reservations and requests and was in constant communication the entire trip. Nice Work!”
