“The apartment was very nice, but we did not appreciate having to buy the damage insurance. We have always treated places we have rented in the past as if they were our own. We clean up after ourselves and have never damaged anything. We didn't think we should have been required to purchase that expensive insurance for a two day stay.”

“This property is truly magical. The care and love that went into creating it and continues to go into sharing it with others is apparent in every detail. The space was cozy and comfortable, the hot tub was relaxing, and the atmosphere was quietly welcoming. Everything was clean, and instructions were clear without being overbearing. We'll be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay while visiting my dad in Little Falls. The location was great — close to downtown with lots of wonderful restaurants and cute shops nearby. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and perfect for our dog. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Shannon was great host!”

“The home provided a wonderful space for everyone to have their own room, relax and hang out together.The hot tub was a wonderful addition!We were disappointed that the bedding, living space and kitchen cookware and utensils were not very clean. We were also shocked to find that most of the windows were all unlocked on our last day. Made us feel a bit unsafe.However we did communicate our disatisfaction with the owner and he was going to address it with maintenance and his cleaning staff. ……
