Andrew made sure from the beginning we were looked after, he helped with organizing tours and wine tasting for us nearby where we had a lovely time discovering muscadet as well as thoughtfully recommending local restaurants. Emma also made sure our meals were reserved at the hotel restaurant. The rooms are nicely updated with A/C and modern furnishings including a nespresso machine. “It is suitable for people who want to have SPA on purpose rather than the traveller who just want to stop for one night. However, the hotel is one with good decoration and service. “Wonderful hotel, attentive staff, great location, very good value for a 4/6 bed suite, ideal for a family, spa facilities were excellent, indoor and outdoor pool, less than a ten minutes walk to a fantastic beach, Biarritz only 15 minutes drive away, also local buses just outside of the hotel. Local shops a short walk away. It is located on a golf course, we do not golf but the bonus was that it is set in beautiful grounds.”
