“I'll give a 4 out of 5. Room is too small. Staff are great. Bed is good. But bathroom door lock is broken, towels are like dish towels...small!! But otherwise I'd give it a 5.”

“The room was clean and tidy. Standard provisions including free Wi-Fi are available. Staff was helpful although we arrived late in the evening. The overall experience of this stay was good. I recommend this motel if you plan to visit Shenandoah National Park.”

“Room was musty smelling when we first arrived. Room needs updating but generally ok”

“Our reservations got messed up (wrong hotels for wrong nights). Hotels.com continually hung up or disconnected the call when i was trying tobfix the problem. When we arrived at the hotel, the manager was able to fix it and get us rooms for no fee. I highly recommend this hotel, but do not use hotels.com to book anuthing.”

“Honestly, the hotel was pretty good and the staff were pretty nice. I did pay a little bit more for this hotel thinking that there was a swimming pool only to find out that it was closed for renovations when we got there. Apparently you need to read the fine print under some policy link when booking to know that the pool was closed. Had the pool been open, it would’ve been an excellent stay for the price. Advice, when booking any hotel that states that they have a pool, confirm that they do have……
