“Communication with host was excellent. Response was quick and friendly. We needed to alter our check in time and they accommodated us nicely. Property was just as described. It was clean and well stocked. Neighborhood felt safe. I would recommend.”

“I loved the spacious and simple decor. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, but it appeared well stocked. It was nice to have coffee and filters available. The area is very quiet. I'd stay here again”

“We had a good time in downtown San Jose. The neighborhood was quiet, with a school and community center nearby and a nice Mexican bakery truck a short distance walk away. The home had two spacious bedrooms and a nice living area that we could relax in after hiking. Would visit again!”

“It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....

“We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a wonderful stay. We were there when the temps were a bit higher and let the property owners know of a fan issue and they came in the next day and brought in new fans. Made our stay more comfortable. The only issue is the parking is a bit wonky as there was no parking in front of the main home and had to park around the corner. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.”
