Welcome to this nice apartment in top condition in Urbanisation Don Juan! Enjoy a year-round pool, lush gardens, and a prime location near Playa Carvajal’s top beach bars like La Cubana and El Califato. The train station is just a 10-minute walk, connecting you to Fuengirola, Málaga, and the airport. Perfect for a relaxing Costa del Sol escape!
The Space:
There are also a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby and the 8km long promenade, which is 500m away. When you step into the apartment, you are first met by the bright hall with the black marble floor and the fully equipped kitchen on the right. Here are all the amenities such as filtered tapwater, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and much more. Continue through the apartment to the left and the large living room opens up with a dining group for 6 people, fast WIFI and a Smart TV to enjoy your favourite Netflix series or YouTube. Furthermore, you have a large balcony with incredible views of the area and the Mediterranean, where you have a dining group as well as 2 sunbeds. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, with a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom.
