“Great weekend stay for us! ”

“The front bedroom on the first floor would never cool. There was a fan in the room. We brought in a second fan and had to sleep with the door open and very little to no covers. We stayed someplace else on the last night. Maintenance did replace the filter, but this didn't make a difference. We reported it again the following day but did not hear back or see another maintenance person. The dishwasher does not clean. We reported this and did not hear back or see a maintenance person.”

“We were very disappointed when checked into the condo. The pictures are deceptive.Our family does 1 to 2 beach houses a year and this was my least favorite.We did not feel welcome and it seems that the convenience and comfort of guests are not important to the host.Our daughter and grandson stayed upstairs which they said was hot and uncomfortable. There were nights they did not get much rest due to the heat. The AC did not seem to work adequately. There were times that the condo would be...

“WiFi was not plugged in. After communicating with staff they gave the code to the owners closet and inside was the router. Plugged it in and still no WiFi. Was able to join using an alternate WiFi. Air conditioning was very hot upstairs in the bedrooms. May not be best if you are looking to escape the heat and cool down. Other than those things, the place was nice and functional.”
