“front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Security is very excellent. I liked the restaurant; the food was up to a point and very delicious. The hotel parking was on point and very good accessibility to the hotel lobby. The surrounding area is very clean and the city of Gaborone by itself is very clean. We felt very safe and welcome. If coming back to Gaborone, I would definitely like to come to this place again. Hertz car rental is at the hotel vicinity.”

“1. I asked for a 5:30am wake-up call for early morning airport drop off. NO WAKE-UP CALL ! To me, this drops the hotel rating to 0, cause this is basic hotel service! No excuse! 2. I asked the front desk why no Wi-Fi signal. Front desk made no effort to address the problem. Said she was going to call the supervisor but made no attempt. Too busy helping other customers that came after me. 3. Beside these 2 problems, all other services at this hotel were good. Hope these issues can be……

“I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities. I was met at the airport with a sign and brought to the hotel without problems. The gym is pretty poor and needs some updates. I was permitted to use the pool without charge at the companion hotel. “Vi valgte, for en meget stor del dette hotel pga. fotos af en dejligt stor pool. Desværre var poolen mere en sump end en pool, fuldstændig grøn og slimet på bunden - sikkert også sundhedsfarlig ! En ny undskyldning hver dag, for hvorfor poolen er som den er, og hvornår det blev bragt iorden - det skete aldrig ! Ellers et ok hotel til prisen, men vi kom langt hen ad vejen for poolen. Absolut ingen kompensation for den manglende pool.”

“I liked the location. Very central, close proximity to a lot of things in gaborone. However, the food was very salty. Every chef knows by now that salt is not healthy. I ordered a seafood salad and could not eat it because they poured almost a quarter bottle of dressing on top. Dressings should be served on the side. I was not even asked for a choice of dressing. Smoking, on the first floor, there was a heavy cigarette smoke.”
