Hallway and room had bad odor. I’m sensitive to smells so it was unsettling. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff were also very sweet and helpful. The only issue that I had was the smell. Her staff was also. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the coffee were great. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I booked the room through Hotels.com. The hotel is in the beginning stages of a complete renovation which is definitely needed to compete with other hotels in the area. I was given a handicap room on the 1st floor which I did not request. I was offered another room after I questioned them about the room.
