“The cottage was pretty easy to find and nice to stay in but we like a little more privacy. Thanks!”

“House is very cute and decorated with bluebirds throughout. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. View of lake from front window is lovely although there is no access to the lake. The house is not located on the lake front; only a view of lake through neighbors yard. This surprised me as I thought house was on the lake. We drove around the lake to find the access to the water. Walking through neighbors yard to stand at waters edge is not an option and to be respected. Very cozy and clean.……

“I booked a mother-daughter weekend getaway at Dell Collective's Cabin 19A, and it exceeded our expectations. The cabin was beautifully decorated, warm, and incredibly homey. The screened-in porch was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and gather in the evening for drinks and conversation. The hot tub, located just outside the porch, was a wonderful way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Cabin 19A is in a fantastic location for anyone visiting the Geneseo region or……

“Missed the personal touch greeting us by name on the desk like previous visit. The eggs were very nice for breakfast. Thought the price was a little high and felt like I wasn’t able to see the animals like last time as well without paying more. I would have loved to bring my dog as well but that cost was not workable for us either. We enjoyed our stay but decided really wasn’t worth the money to return. Amanda you are wonderful just wish we could afford it.”

“Great experience!!! Property was even better in person! The design and attention to detail was amazing. Honestly, the best property I have stayed at. The whole family loved the experience of interacting with the farm animals and checking for fresh eggs daily.”

“Absolutely gorgeous view and area. The place was spacious and very clean. The host was very kind to us when we had trouble with the door. We will definitely stay here again”
