不满意:员工和服务
When we arrived to check-in the front desk receptionist was having a melt down, crying and wanting to quit her job. The guest in front of me was complaining and wanted to speak to a manager due to the hotel not having any internet or TV working. The receptionist contacted manager as we were all standing around. All the guest in the lobby were trying to calm her down letting her know it wasn't her fault. So unfortunately we didn't have any interest service or TV. As this was a HUGH problem and dissatisfaction the hotel should accommodate with a discount to all who stayed there or a free night.
