“this house was very comfortable and convenient to Saugerties”

“Perfection.”

“The perfect stay in the Catskills! Everything looked just like the pictures. Clean, easy access to restaurants close by, and Daniel was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”

“What a perfect girls getaway! Communication with the homeowner was excellent. Simple check-in, and expectations for check-out were clear and easy. The house was spotless and the outdoor spaces (large deck, fire pit with lots of seating plus lots of firewood) were fantastic...we lucked out with beautiful weather. We didn't use the fire pit but enjoyed sitting out there. Gorgeous property. Very serene and only 4-5min drive to town/restaurants. Even nicer-looking in person than pics show. The only……

“The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The……

“Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so……

“Lovely home with a thoughtful and comfortable design.”

“The room was sufficient to our needs. Didn’t realize it was a multi-unit property or that it was on the second floor.”

“This house is adorable in every way: immaculate, comfortable, and with every item a visitor could need. The outside area was private and pretty. Loved the pool, the sauna and the hot tub! And the plantings were so pleasant to look at. Amanda responded quickly to the few questions we had. We will be back!!”
