“Pros: Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserer netten Gastgeberin empfangen und im Kühlschrank wartete eine tolle Überraschung auf uns. Anni hatte uns für die ersten Tage mit allem was man fürs Frühstück braucht versorgt😋. Wir bekamen alle unsere Infos die wir brauchten und Tipps für die Umgebung wo was ist. Im gemütlichen kleinen Gästehaus ist alles vorhanden, so das wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Also wer ein paar schöne Tage im Schwarzwald verbringen möchte hat hier die passende……

“I had a very disappointing experience with this property and would not recommend it. Communication was poor from the beginning. The owner did not answer calls and failed to return messages. When I finally reached him, he denied the luggage storage option that had previously been discussed before check-in. During our conversation, he was rude, raised his voice, and was unprofessional. The accommodation was also completely different from what was advertised. I booked a two-bedroom villa but was……

“It was a very clean space, but pillows were terrible and after 12 am, a lot of bloods from neighbors, quite suprising for Swiss standards. And there was no inf to connect to the WiFi. I couldn’t use it”

“距離Zürich HB只是步行8分鐘左右 Online自助check in之後會給你一個 密碼登入大樓，電梯及房間。 不過我不幸地，他們給我的密碼不能使用，要聯絡客服，大約半個鐘才有新密碼進入電梯，上去房間。 酒店設計modern and clean, 有廚具， 而且樓下便是supermarket! 非常方便! ”

“The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. ”

“Very comfortable property. Close to stores to get groceries. Restaurants close by as well. Very clean and washer and dryer was a plus.”
