“This was the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and I would return in an instant. The property is extremely modern and luxurious throughout. Bottled water was a very welcome gift in the high temperatures and every room was air conditioned. The location is perfect for the Porta Nuova area of Bergamo and has lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Public transport is easily accessible for Citta Alta and Milan Bergamo Airport. “I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful.”
