"I was charged for a nights stay after canceling the reservation with Expedia whom I booked the stay with in plenty of time to avoid the charge. You can be sure that I will never use Expedia or book a room through Baymont again. As a pilot, I'm aware of the penalties for not canceling a reservation having stayed in hotels all my working life."

"There was no one at the front desk for a long time at check in. Fridgerator was dirty and they canceled my room, which I thought I could pay for when I got there so that may have been my fault."
