Recently completely renovated and furnished 3 bedroom apartment located on a prime spot in the historic centre. You will be in the heart of the Barri Vell, the perfect place to enjoy and explore Girona. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building without lift, right above the red iron Eiffel Bridge. The apartment has a spectacular view over the river Onyar on one side and La Rambla on the other. There are balcony’s on either side.There are 3 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, living room, storage room (for bikes), spacious bathroom with shower and toilet and there is also an extra small bathroom with a toilet.Entry is next to the Eiffel bridge via a staircase without a lift.
The apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and the large kitchen has a dining table for 6. There is fast internet and the living room has a couch and wide screen tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances like microwave/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge etc. Everything to make sure you have a pleasant stay is there.
Notes:
The apartment is in the centre of the historic district, where access by car is difficult and parking is not possible. It is important to note that you can only enter the historic centre 3 times by car (per quarter). For example when checking in and out. Although you are not allowed to park, you can load and unload the suitcases at our office.The apartment is on the fourth floor of a historic building without a lift. Note that the stairs are quite steep and narrow.
A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.
Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
