“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting……

“Farida was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay when we visited NY.”

“We stayed for 5 days – visiting relatives in Floral Park. Apartment was clean, close to our family, LIRR was close by, parking on the street was readily available, instructions for accessing the apartment were clear. Host replied very quickly to any questions.”

“Great location and cozy studio.”

“Easy check in, plenty of room, will stay again”

“Clean, great area, great host.”

“The room was very clean had all the amenities you might need. The host was very responsive and friendly. Although we were not driving there is parking....Our stay was short but we would definitely stay again.”

“Room was clean and had everything you needed for a quick two night stay.”

“The hotel’s location is convenient. It’s an older property so I expect to see some age on the building itself. It’s nice that there’s parking. The room was spacious but not clean. The doors and walls are filthy, with finger prints and grim around the door knobs. The floor was sticky and all surfaces needed to be washed down. The hotel makes you sign several documents that advise of a fine for smoking in the room, yet the room reeked of pot. The room was in need of maintenance attention………

“I arrived at around 3 a.m., and the host was still thoughtfully checking in to see if I needed any help. It made me feel very welcome. I had a wonderful stay—the room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy.”

“This was a great experience - the unit is very well outfitted and everything that the listing had promised. It is on a quiet residential street and there is plenty of parking. The owner was great at making me feel welcome and making the check-in process easy. The kitchen had everything I needed - even an electric kettle and tea bags! it wasa a great experience and I highly recommend this VRBO!”
