“This was a beautifully appointed room complete with all the things we needed especially some very yummy coffee! Our hosts were extremely helpful, especially when the storm came and they were concerned we would be in danger if we went out! Very comfy, cozy, and beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended!”

“A great spot to spend a couple of nights and explore Skye from. Would definitely recommend.”

It was difficult to have the suitcase open on the floor and avoid hitting your head. We were out most of the day, so we didn't really use the family room, but it looked well used. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed for our use.”

“Property beautifully presented, high level of cleanliness, nearly everything equipped just missing a couple of kitchen items, like small plates and heat protector stands. Price was expensive due to our original 2 week holiday which was booked 6 months in advance being cancelled 2 weeks prior to holiday date, which lead to booking this property as only property available on the Isle of Skye which made it expensive for a week!!”

It badly needs to be regraveled, as does the parking area. The picture of the house on the listing is many years old, and it needs paint badly now. I know it’s a wet environment, but it’s not well maintained. Inside is not real clean. There’s a lot of mold, and a lot of basic repairs need to be done.……
