Guests have access to the entire house and 1/2 of the parking area.
There is a private apartment downstairs occupied by a tenant. They have their own private access to their apartment and they have no access to the house.
The only shared area is the driveway and garage.

The hosts live in Glenwood Springs and will be available when needed

Friendly and peaceful suburban residential neighborhood in the highly desirable Park East subdivision. It is a one block walk to Sullivan Park and 3 blocks to Conservancy Park with access to a hiking trail along the Roaring Fork River. Across the river and viewable from the house stand majestic red sandstone cliffs.

Getting around will require a vehicle as this is a residential neighborhood and there is no easily accessible public transportation. There is a taxi service in Glenwood (Valley Taxi) and sometimes Uber and Lyft.
There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage. There is limited street parking. It is not suggested to bring more than 3 vehicles or extra large trailers.
The Hot Spring Pool, as well as Glenwood Adventure Park, is 3.8 miles and a 10 minute drive.
Sunlight Ski Resort is 10 miles and an 18 minute drive.
Aspen is 41 miles and a 50 minute drive.

There is a private apartment downstairs occupied by a tenant. They have their own private access to their apartment and they have no access to the house.
The only shared area is the driveway and garage.
No smoking, no pets.
Guests only have access to the right half of driveway and garage.
Vehicles must not extend into the sidewalk.
No access to backyard patio and grill (they belong to the tenant in the apartment)
No parties or events. This is a quiet neighborhood and respect for our neighbors is paramount.
The house is carpeted so we would appreciate no shoes in the house :)
