“We had a spacious suite that was just right for our trip to Busch Gardens. Our room was clean and all staff were cordial.”

“What did you like or what was unique about the property? I liked that the property was conveniently located near my intended destination. There were also numerous shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making it easy to access dining and other amenities. What didn't you like? I was concerned that the rear of the property was not secured. Additionally, several residents were sitting on buckets and chairs in the back smoking, which detracted from the overall appearance and sense of security.”

“Air conditioning was amazing”

“Upon initial check-in, they placed us in a 1st floor room by the dining area that had an overwhelming musty-smell. The carpet was wet and there was a considerable amount of black mold growing on the ceiling. I asked for a different room and we were placed on the 4th floor. That room was acceptable, clean, smelled clean and the beds were very clean.”

“Staff cordial and friendly. Bed was very good. You can tell when a lot of improvements were made to the room. One charming feature was the closet was located under the TV and you had to bend down to use it Three drawbacks: Pillows were terrible very big and hard. After the 4th night I got a crook in the neck Also, the toilet was too low and the shower drain was not lower so the used water did not drain off quickly.”
