“We were able to check in at 2:00 and had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. They were great! We loved the back yard patio chairs to dry off. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the dining area was very clean and welcoming. We liked the colours throughout the hotel, including the bright towels in the pool area.”
“We were extremely disappointed with how dirty and unsafe our room was. Luckily I brought Lysol wipes, which were filthy by the time each wipe was finished. There was mold on multiple areas of the shower curtain, cobwebs on the lamps and bathroom walls, along with hair that wasn’t ours. The sink was nasty and obviously hasn’t been cleaned. “The property is over priced for what you get $900 to check in at 4 pm and leave the day after. The batteries in remotes were burnt out. No remote for tv in bedroom. The bathroom floors were dirty and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.”
