“The property where the carriage house was located was gorgeous and convenient to the city. We were very comfortable in the space-bed was great as was the shower. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was very communicative and helpful.”

“Property was beautiful and clean, not one of those “renovated” properties that has put lipstick on a pig. It was more expensive than we would have liked simply because of the weekend we were there, but it was definitely fair for the value provided. Would have loved to have been able to use the off street parking. It was not clear until check-in that we had to park on the street and could only use the driveway for loading. We also felt like check out was a bit early. Would have loved one more……

“When we arrived I thought I had made a mistake and booked a place that allowed smoking. It is listed as non smoking but had a smoky smell. Some areas smelled like pee. They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. There is a table with drop leaves and when we folded the leaves does there was food and grime in the cracks which may have contributed to the fly issue. It is listed as accommodating……

“Good location”

“This spot is a gem! It’s in the perfect location, it’s a great size with great amenities. It was a welcome “home base” for a trip to Newport! And the hosts were so communicative and shared so many great tips and local insights for our stay. Will definitely book here again for our next trip!”

“Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???”

“Very organized, great location for Cincinnati music fest. Great vibes. Highly recommend. Will stay again.”

“There was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. Despite it being listed as no smoking. Had to go out and get air fresheners. Messaged the owner who never responded. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher which also smelled. Had to hand wash the dishes and silverware just to be on safe side. And dirty towels found hanging behind bathroom door. Backyard full of weeds and hadn’t been cut in a while. Have stayed at other VRBO properties, this one was the worst.”

“This property was perfect for our needs. There is not a single thing that I could complain about. The hosts were cordial, the property was clean, and cute.”

“Beautiful home with tons of space! Very pet friendly as well!”

“Comes with 4 BR each with a Queen bed or bigger. Plus a pull out couch in the basement and a twin in one of the rooms. So it was a little cozy. The weird thing was having to walk through a bathroom to get to basement. But thats a design thing from a hundred years ago. The hot tub was amazing. It was 5 min drive to Over-The-Rhine district in Cincinnati. Would rent again”
