Fantastic location! Shops, restaurants, and parks/playgrounds all within close walking distance. Very clean and lots of available activities. We enjoyed playing board games and watching movies. Very clean and nicely updated kitchen!

Local art, coffee, breakfast and ice cream shop on grafton common worth visiting. We took kids to the eco terium which was fun. Hiked twice in the pergatory chasm. Beautiful place to hike.

Visit the Willard House Clock Museum nearby if you are interested in history Small but fascinating exhibits with incredibly knowledgeable staff. Yours on the hour. Last tour at 3pm. Closed Mon Tues.
