“Best hotel experience clean and staff were very accommodating ”

“I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept……

“Cannot beat the location and the full access to resort/beach across the street. Transportation to Port Lucaya by way of water taxi/ferry is great! Room is very basic. Must request hair dryer, iron and more towels. For the price a good place to stay. ”
