"The mattresses on the bunkers were more like a comforter on a piece of plywood. Staff was nice but their accent made it hard to understand what they were saying. Another guest work us up at 6 am, sounded like they were jumping on the floor above us and the front desk wasn't staffed until 7 am. Hallway wasn't very clean, paper on floor for days. Food not allowed at beach or lagoon, tho picnic tables suggest you can eat there. Other destinations has same rule about food and picnic tables. Lots of rules and threats of eviction and fines. We left a day early due to extreme noise and jumping on floor vibrated the ceiling. I wouldn't stay there again or at any of their other resorts, nor would I recommend it to others."
