Excelente experiência

O flat tem tudo o que é preciso. O hotel fazenda estava com diversas atividades para as crianças, o que foi excelente. O atendimento tanto do corretor quanto dos funcionários do hotel foram muito bons. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes.

Só o serviço de recreação no que diz respeito à dinamica da programas e quantidade de recreadores que é pouco para dar conta de tantas crianças, e o atendimento de um dos recreadores Chamado Nado, que não tem modos de atendimento com o Cliente. Limpeza das piscinas estava ruim. Limpeza dos banheiros da piscina que se encontrava sujo. Mais com relação a estrutura do Hotel é ótima.

Lugar excelente.

Flat muito organizado e proprietário muito atencioso. O hotel é perfeito para estadia com crianças, uma vez que a recreação é ótima, só achei os preços do restaurante um tanto altos, tendo em vista que o bar da piscina só abre às 16:00 hrs. e não podemos levar nada para consumir em volta dela. Fora isso, o lugar é perfeito para descanso em família.

Fabuloso Espetacular Adoramos

Flat super equipado tudo bem novinho e limpo, cama muito confortável tudo perfeito. Ficarei novamente em outra oportunidade, proprietário muitíssimo atencioso, o Monte Castelo possui uma estrutura sensacional, nós adoramos, em especial meu filho de 4 anos que aproveitou bastante as atividades de recreação que o hotel oferece diariamente.
