Very small, basic room on the top floor of a HMO, with a dirty shared bathroom which wasn't mentioned in the description, also if there was wi-fi as promised, no idea how you could access it.
On the plus side, there was a plate and a couple of knives and forks, and the view of the old fridges dumped in the litter-strewn "garden" was breathtaking (as was the smell of cannabis smoke from the floor below)"

"The buts are well documented by previous guests. Kitchen needed a good clean, utility room very untidy, whole house due an update and could be stunning. We had ants in the kitchen and even in the dishwasher which meant we were washing up constantly and couldn’t leave food out in over half the kitchen. The owner knows this problem occurs. We did have a great stay, pool was lovely and warm, convenient showers close by, garden very pleasant, parking easy and quiet location. Loved our time but if I got my hands on this house I would really enjoy upgrading it. "
