“Good stay like always”

“Room was clean but needs some updating,Headboard had vinyl flaking off on the left side from wear .Curtains could use some upgrade. Not really a breakfast,Granola bars.It was in a good location with restaurants right there. It was convenient for our stay for a family reunion in the next town over.”

“Inside is nice but outside is what you would expect from what you see online. It's a good place to sleep and at a good price I'd go back if the group planned for it again.”

“First thing you notice when you walk in to check, in and if you wake up early enough when you walk out the door is how incredibly clean the property is. Room was exactly what we need as a family of 3 with a toddler on a roadtrip. Pool was excellent, and the breakfast was great for what you get. On the road trip we’ve stayed at what most would say are two other “upscale” hotels, this property blew those away on cleanliness alone!”

“Before the fire a few years ago, and I am assuming new ownership, this hotel used to be a really nice place to stay! Now it's half the original price more, no more coffee pots in room and no more breakfasts. After checking in, I was informed that they do not supply drain stoppers (for bathtub), as too many people have overflowed the tubs. Upon prodding, the front desk person finally brought me a drain stopper, but it didn't work in this particular tub. The refrigerator had seen better days and……

“There is no elevator so we had to have a room on the first floor. I understand that the first night was booked but we got a room it was small. I asked the next day to be accommodated to a bigger room which she assured me she wld discuss w the manager and contact me. Never heard from them. Never in our 3 day stay did we get any kind of cleaning. I had to get towels and put our trash out. Do better for 96$ a night.”

“Although the room & bathroom were clean, when we entered the room upon arrival, a very unpleasant sewage odor was present. This odor was corrected by an air freshner my husband found in the exercise room. The curtains need to be replaced as the backing was deteriorating allowing streetlight & am sunlight to filter through. The beds were very comfortable; the linen & towels were adequate. The staff was very cordial & parking was adequate. The breakfast offered was limited.”

“Liked: Charming and quaint stay, Easy check in. Lovely Queen bed with wooden floors and finishes with penny round tiles and chrome fixtures in bathroom. Fast wifi. Lovely silver tin filled with ice provided for a bottle of wine purchased at bar downstairs with wine glasses so we could relax while with Fido. Nice Kuerig coffee machine. Steps away from Czech egg! Very pet friendly and cute chickens in backyard! Would absolutely stay here again! Dislike: Not much to dislike other than that the……

“Room was clean. Shower was not in great shape. Water spots and crusty stuff all over knobs and shower head. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Room was clean. It was like staying in grandma's spare room. Quilt on the bed, worn real leather chair. Very homey. Still using metal keys on classic diamond key chains. I felt like I'd stepped back in time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I locked my key in my room.”
