“Fabulous stay. I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion. We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us. We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness. The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. A huge and very clean room really good and comfortable. The password……

“The parkland area around the hotel was a nice walk along with the walled garden. The staff was friendly and answered questions patiently. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was lovely. ”

“Helpful staff. Prompt in responding. But the room service catering is not operational during weekend is a bit Inconvenient.”

Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.”

“Location is convenient. Close to dining, shopping and entertainment. No transportation needed to get around. Friendly staff. Affordable. Rooms had everything we needed and was clean.”

“Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. ”

“Hotel was Ok , but a bit dated, door ito te room handle was falling off, bit scare couldn't get out if a fire and the attitude of the lady on reception last night was downright rude, i let myself i with my fob asked if you could get adrik in the restaurant would have been ok if she had just said no , but added do stay in this hotel as i haven't seen you before, atange as i had just come in a locked front door with a fob given to residents ”
