“Location great. Staff did good job, although house keeping dept very short staffed. Our housekeeper did a terrific job for the 2 days she was there. Other 2 days the room was not done. We threw our trash away and had to get clean towels. Breakfast was ice selection of everything.”

“I loved the location on the Bayshore and especially liked the evening dinner outside with live music. My room was so comfortable and had a great view out over Lake Erie and the Centennial Tower. I liked being able to walk along the lake in the early evening and have so many fun and trendy dining options. I also liked being in close proximity to Presque Isle where I went jogging in the morning, hiking and canoeing. It was stunning. Finally, the staff at the hotel were friendly - from……

“It was quiet, however please do not ask about where to go eat or anything. Could not even give directions to the lake. The breakfast was not worth getting out of bed. Hope you like a very small selection of bagels and yogurt because that is what you will get out of breakfast. ”
