"We have stayed before and all staff were friendly. However this stay some of staff not so friendly or helpful. No hangers in one of rooms booked and tv not working properly in another of the rooms we booked. The bar and restaurant is really nice but the Norfolk lounge needs updating. It needs cushions ..."

"Lovely hotel, we would definitely stay again. We had the luxury of the pool to ourselves which was an added bonus. Good location very close to beach and parking provided."
